"I
always strive to make my latest creation look even
better than the last one, it gives me that creative
buzz," he beams. "I often give out free
samples to the customers to gauge their feedback."
Always ready to test his ability, Jan
is more than willing to accept unusual requests, having
designed several speciality chocolates including a
chocolate chamber pot and giant kidney.
He plans to one day build the world's
largest Easter egg, which would scale 25 feet and
weigh in at over three tonnes.
