"I like to think The Chocolate House is not only a culinary delight but is also educational with people being able to learn about the history of chocolate in a peaceful and tranquil environment," he says. Visitors to the Chocolate House are able to watch Jan and his team in action, making and decorating the masterpieces through a glass-fronted panel to the factory. They can also discover antique artefacts, posters, enamel signs and even wartime chocolate bars in their original wrappers.
